The Boots Performance Media journey over the past 12 months has been huge. The team adopted a new operating model, in-housing Affiliates for increased control and driving substantial Revenue growth in the channel. In addition, we've doubled down on automation across our outsourced Paid Search and Paid Social channels - maximising the algorithmic effectiveness with signals, segmentation and cross-platform bidding. The team has grown from 6 to 20 FTE as we prepare for our next phase of in-housing and further scale our capabilities across Social & Display. All whilst driving strong incremental YoY growth across our FY24 peak period.
