As well as developing relationships with existing clients, we have welcomed on board lots of exciting new brands over the last year, enabling global revenue to increase by 10% despite the pandemic, with strong growth forecast for this financial year. By continuing to deliver innovative, award-winning results for our clients, we were also able to achieve a record NPS score of 60. Not only that, but Croud has taken great strides forward in several other important areas too - from contributing to industry discussion via key publications and events, to launching our inaugural diversity & inclusion report, to launching Croud Campus, a new learning platform for internal staff and Croudies.
