Heart West Midlands Radio’s Ed James and experienced marketer Angel Gaskell joined forces, with beauty veteran Geoff Percy as chairman. HDY has grown organically from 2 to 25, and has gone from zero to £674k in its first year, to £813k in its second year and a turnover of £1.6 million as it enters its fourth year in July 2021. Based in Birmingham’s buzzing creative quarter, the agency proudly takes a pinch of the city’s charm to a global stage.
