Community Fibre needed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in the competitive broadband market. To achieve this, RocketMill redefined their proposition to "London's Best Quality Broadband" emphasising speed, price, and reliability. Through a multi-platform campaign that utilised targeted media and data-driven optimisation, we significantly increased brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition. This resulted in an 81% uplift in postcode lookups and an 87% increase in website orders compared to the previous year.
