Lloyds Banking Group & Mediacom identified a real need to transform the agency/client model. By addressing key issues, setting up a fully collaborative and combined digital team and despite a planned launch colliding with the first lockdown of 2020, the one team has seen real tangible results to the change in team set up. Overachieving our PPC targets substantially resulting in YoY budget increases, improving client satisfaction scores by 31% with improvements directly attributable to the new team set up and improving team morale by 45%. The answer wasn’t in-housing, but right-housing.
