In his current role, he manages Performics, the dedicated digital marketing arm of Publicis Groupe for Zenith UK, overseeing a talented team of over 120 individuals and 30 clients across various expert digital departments, including Search, Social, Retail, SEO, and Programmatic. During his tenure, Rhys has contributed to Performics being awarded Performance Marketing Agency of the Year in 2023, and Rhys has been recently recognized in PMW's 100 Powerlist.
